Individuals:
The sessions take place in 3 stages. Sitting down and/or standing up
- The first session lasts for 1h 1/2 with a more in depth discussion in order to identify and clarify your needs and expectations.
The following sessions will last 1 hour with:
1st - An exchange on the effects observed since the last session, the need for clarifications
2nd - Practice of the exercises
3rd -An exchange to describe the feelings of the session and define the objectives for the next meeting. Simple exercises are given to practice at home.
Groups:
The group sessions will cover a general theme such as stress management, self-confidence, sleep improvement etc.
You do not need a specific outfit just comfortable clothing.
The number of sessions varies from one individual to another. Your involvement and regularity is necessary to obtain the maximum benefit from the exercises.
No, sophrology does not replace medical treatment. It is a complementary therapy and can be used alongside other treatments.
